CHS offers a complete line of quality soy ingredients, including specialty products designed to improve functional properties, economic value, and health and nutritional benefits.

Honeysoy® flour: Available in 20, 70, and 90 PDI options and available as Non-GMO Project Verified.  Honeysoy® soy flour helps retain moisture, whiten crumb color, shorten baking time, extend shelf life and decrease fat absorption. Applications include bakery and beverages; also for meat, egg or milk replacers.

Soybean Oil: Savorysoy® Soybean oil is available as GMO or Non-GMO Project Verified.  Advantages of soybean oil are a clean, natural flavor that does not interfere with the taste of the product. Common food industry applications for soybean oil include: margarine and shortenings, mayonnaise, salad dressings, and baked goods. There are also many industrial applications for soybean oil.

Canola Oil:  Advantages of canola oil are that it has the least saturated fat of all culinary oils, is high in monounsaturated fat, a beneficial fat that lowers “bad” LDL cholesterol and helps control blood sugar, and is high in omega-3 fat providing 81% of the RDA.

Soy Isolates: 90% protein mfb (minimum) family of isolated soy proteins. Applications include food, beverage and meat products. Soy isolates are very popular in the rapidly growing snack, bars and crisps market.

Ultra-Soy®: Textured soy flour available in both unflavored and flavored (Analog) versions.  Our unflavored textured soy protein has 50% protein and is also available as non-GMO.  When hydrated, Ultra-Soy® has a laminar, fibrous texture with a bland flavor so that it does not interfere with other flavors.  Available in chunks, slices, flakes, crumbles and bits or chips. Used to extend meats, improve handling properties and enhance nutritional profile.  Applications include prepared foods, food service applications, meats, seafood and vegetarian products.

Imagic®: Textured soy flour that has been flavored to represent a meat analog, similar in color, flavor and texture to the cooked meats/seafood/poultry they are used to replace. Imagic® improves the nutritional profile and reduces cost. Applications include but are not limited to:  imitation bacon, beef, chicken, ham, sausage, pepperoni, seafood and shrimp.
