CHS partner recognized for outstanding efforts to advance ag health and safety
CHS Community Giving partner Progressive Agriculture Foundation was recently recognized for their outstanding work in educating children about agricultural safety. Progressive Ag received the Green Cross Safety Advocate Award from the National Safety Council, which recognizes the advancement of best practices to raise awareness and prevent injuries and deaths. Each year, Progressive Ag reaches more than 78,000 kids ages 4 to 13 through 380 safety day camps. CHS Community Giving has supported Progressive Ag for more than 20 years, helping more than 8,000 kids attend safety day camps each year. CHS locations also host five safety day camps each year to directly impact the communities where we live and work.
