Put Farm Safety into practice with National Farm Safety and Health Week

As a farmer-owned cooperative with roots in rural America, safety is a top priority. The Department of Labor shows the agricultural sector is still the most dangerous with more than 550 deaths annually. As a sponsor of National Farm Safety and Health Week (NFSHW), Sept. 17-23, CHS is joining with other industry organizations to help raise safety awareness and put Farm Safety into practice.
This year, each weekday is dedicated to relevant topics facing agriculture. Visit the NFSHW website every day this week for relevant resources, webinars and stories of how to stay safe on the farm. Plus, stay tuned this week to learn more about how CHS supports safety where we live, work and play.
