We have discounted room blocks at official annual meeting hotels located within walking distance or connected via skyway to the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Hotel information
Room reservations are available through the annual meeting registration process and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees can select from the hotel options below during registration. We encourage you to reserve your accommodations early, as availability within the event room blocks is limited.
Hyatt Regency
Located on Nicollet Mall and connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center via skyway, Hyatt Regency Minneapolis offers convenient access to meeting activities and downtown attractions.

Travel logistics
To help make your trip to Minneapolis as smooth as possible, we’ve gathered helpful resources for planning your
travel to and from the Annual Meeting. Find information on air travel, ground transportation options, parking and
getting around the city to help you arrive prepared and make the most of your time at the event.
Air travel
Participants are responsible for their transportation costs to Minneapolis. You can make airline reservations through any travel agent, airline or booking agent.
You are welcome to utilize Corporate Travel Management (CTM) for assistance with travel planning. During the registration process, complete the air request form for you (and your guest/spouse if appropriate) and CTM will email you a proposed itinerary; an administrative fee of $50 per ticket will be charged. Once you complete your event registration via this website, a CTM agent will reach out to you within three business days. You will need to respond within 24 hours in order to confirm that flight or request any changes.
Ground transportation
Taxi service at Terminal 1 of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is accessible via the Tram Level (Level T). Signs will direct you one level up to the taxi starter booth, where airport staff will assist you in getting a taxi.
At Terminal 2 of MSP, taxi service is available at the Ground Transport Center, located on the ground level of the Purple Ramp directly across from the terminal building. Downtown
Minneapolis is approximately 12 miles from the airport, with fares averaging $39 to $49.
Other ground transportation options include app-based ride services, bus, light rail, van and shuttle services and car rental.
Parking
If you are staying at the Hilton Minneapolis or Hyatt Regency hotels, you can park in your hotel ramp. If you are not staying at a hotel, here are a few nearby ramps:
