Registration
- Hotel reservations must be made by end of day on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
- Conference registration deadline is Friday, Nov. 13.
- On-site delegate registration will close Thursday, Dec. 3, at 4:30 p.m.

Delegate registration
- Voting delegate log-in information was e-mailed and mailed to all 2026 voting-eligible CHS members on Thursday, October 8. If you are unable to locate that information, contact the CHS legal and compliance department at 800-323-8927.
- Please note that voting delegates must register for the voting process as described with the log-in information and also register for the annual meeting.
Advance online delegate registration must be completed by 9:30 a.m. CST on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
Information and an Official Notice of the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting was e-mailed and mailed to all voting-eligible members on Thursday, Oct. 8. Delegate registration is separate from registration for the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting.
Yes, all delegates must register at the delegate registration desks at the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting by 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3. Delegates may not self-register at the visitor kiosks.

Voting procedures
Yes, if you are an eligible voting member, you may vote online for the 2026 Director elections.
- Absentee online voting will be available for members who cannot be at the 2026 in person to cast their votes in the caucuses.
- Members who cannot attend the meeting will be able to use remote electronic voting on procedural motions that may be brought forward during the general session on Friday, Dec. 4. As in previous years, members will not be able to vote remotely during caucuses. See the information accompanying the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting notice sent to members for details.
Personalized log-in information was e-mailed and mailed to all 2026 voting members on Thursday, October 8. If you are unable to locate that information, or if you are an individual member or direct shipper who wants to vote online, contact the CHS legal and compliance department at 800-323-8927.
Voting members consist of local cooperatives, patron associations, individual members and direct shippers that have met the applicable voting eligibility criteria.
Online voting must be completed by 4 p.m. CST on Thursday, Dec. 3.
Travel information
The hotel deadline is end of day on Tuesday, Nov. 10. There may be rooms available after this deadline, but those needs will be met on a case-by-case basis.
You will register for hotel rooms and optional flights through the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting registration process.
Attendees stay at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and Hilton Minneapolis.
All hotel changes or cancellations need to be made directly with the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting event team at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid penalties. Please email [email protected] with hotel questions or cancellation requests.
- Taxi service at Terminal 1 of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is accessible via the Tram Level (Level T). Signs will direct you one level up to the taxi starter booth, where airport staff will assist you in getting a taxi.
- At Terminal 2 of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, taxi service is available at the Ground Transport Center, located on the ground level of the Purple Ramp directly across from the terminal building.
- Downtown Minneapolis is approximately 12 miles from the airport, with fares averaging $39 to $49.
- Other ground transportation options include app-based ride services, bus, light rail, van and shuttle services, and car rental.
- If you are staying at the Hilton or Hyatt hotels, you can park in the hotel ramp. If you are not staying at a hotel, here are a few nearby ramps:
- Plaza Parking Ramp: 117 South 12th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55403. This ramp is connected to the Convention Center by skyway.
- Third Avenue Ramp (Central Lutheran Ramp): 1404 3rd Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55403
- Century Plaza: 330 South 12th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55404
Venue
There is no sponsored wi-fi available. However, the city of Minneapolis has published hot spots available that you may be able to access from inside the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Yes, the Minneapolis Convention Center has two mother’s rooms on the 2nd level. One, near 202B, has a small refrigerator. The other is near the elevator.
Yes, the Minneapolis Convention Center is fully accessible. Accessible seating will be available at all CHS events. Room attendants and ushers will be on hand if you have any questions or need assistance.
Check with the staff in the non-delegate registration area in the main lobby of the Minneapolis Convention Center.
First aid assistance can be found on the first floor of the Minneapolis Convention Center near the Connection Center and Dunn Brothers Coffee.
Do not call 911. If there is an emergency, go to a Convention Center phone (beige wall phone) and dial 6040 or 612-335-6040 and explain the problem. The Minneapolis Convention Center staff is trained in CPR and will be responsible for calling 911.
Yes, a sign language interpreter will be present at the general session on Friday. Ask an usher to direct you to the appropriate seating area.
New Leaders Forum
Flights to and from your home airports to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport will be covered by CHS. If you prefer to drive, you will receive a Cenex® gift card to help cover the cost of fuel. Attendees will also receive a $200 room credit per room applied to your Hyatt room folio directly to help cover the cost of any meals outside of what is provided in the New Leaders Forum programming.
- Cooperative leaders and their local teams should identify and invite their chosen NLF participants. Information will be sent to CEOs/general managers in September to begin the process and again in October when registration opens.
- Either the co-op or chosen participants can register online at the CHS Annual Meeting registration site. Registration will be open Oct. 8 through Nov. 10, 2026.
- Registration for NLF includes annual meeting registration.
- Once registered, NLF attendees will receive more information from CHS to prepare them for a great experience.
