MyCHS improvements
After reviewing the results of the last survey, our team identified opportunities for improvement. This feedback led to a new and improved dashboard for MyCHS The result is a more intuitive experience that helps customers access their account information faster. Learn more at mychs.chsinc.com.
Real-time facility notifications
After our last customer survey, the CHS team reviewed customer feedback and identified opportunities for improvement. This feedback led to a texting notification program through MyCHS. Customers are now able to sign up for text notifications from their local CHS facility. Sign up for notifications at mychs.chsinc.com.
