Register now to attend the 2026 CHS Annual Meeting , Dec. 3-4, in Minneapolis, Minn.
CHS members will participate in education sessions, gain business updates, network with other cooperative leaders, engage with CHS Board and management team members and participate in CHS governance.
The annual meeting will be called to order at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, followed immediately by an education session for all participants on biofuels updates and opportunities. A full day of educational breakout sessions will follow, covering topics from market updates to fertilizer outlook, AI strategies, supply chain shifts, the future of cooperatives and how consumer food trends are impacting commodity markets. The day will conclude with a reception for all attendees from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Regional caucuses will begin at 8 a.m. on Dec. 4 and the general session and business meeting will reconvene at 9:30 a.m., concluding about 11:30 a.m.
The Friday general session will be available in person or virtually. Education sessions and regional caucuses will be available in person only.
Information related to voting delegate registration was emailed and mailed to voting-eligible CHS members on Oct. 8. Register by Nov. 10 to secure a hotel room.
