Our road map for conducting business with integrity

The CHS Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for employees, leaders and business partners to act with integrity and uphold CHS values in their daily work.

CHS is committed to conducting business with the highest level of integrity. The CHS Code of Conduct reflects the expectations for how our employees, members of the CHS Board of Directors and employees of our subsidiaries, joint ventures or partnerships should conduct business and act every day.

The code serves as our roadmap to working in accordance with our values — integrity, safety, inclusion and cooperative spirit — by building trust and doing what’s right every day. We also require suppliers, vendors, consultants and contractors to act in a manner consistent with the code. 

To ensure everyone understands the code and its principles, a brief learning module is assigned annually that summarizes and links to the Code of Conduct and reinforces our commitment to a culture of unwavering integrity and empowerment to speak up. Upon completion, recipients are asked to acknowledge reading, understanding and following our Code of Conduct and living the code at CHS in their daily actions.
