Company leaders and CHS Board members provided an update on company financial results, business strategies and governance in a virtual owners forum on Aug. 2, 2021. The event was held in Mankato, Minn., but also was streamed virtually.
The two-hour program included an update from President and CEO Jay Debertin, a financial report by CFO Olivia Nelligan, a panel of business leaders addressing market trends, a Board update on proposed amendments to the CHS Articles of Incorporation and CHS Bylaws, and questions from the audience.
