What happens at the CHS Annual Meeting

  • Board elections and governance voting: Delegates participate in democratic processes that determine leadership and policy direction.
  • Strategic updates from CHS leaders: The CHS Board Chair, President and CEO Jay Debertin and CFO Olivia Nelligan provide updates about company performance and strategic priorities, helping members understand how their cooperative is evolving.
  • Educational sessions on shifting trade flows, biofuels, market updates and other cooperative topics: Attendees gain knowledge through expert-led sessions that explore current challenges and opportunities in agriculture, energy and policy.
  • Networking opportunities across generations and geographies.

Why CHS holds an annual meeting

As a cooperative, CHS is governed by its owners. The annual meeting is a key part of that democratic process, providing transparency, accountability and a platform for member engagement. It’s where owners have a voice in their cooperative, connect with peers and celebrate shared success.

The CHS Annual Meeting reflects our commitment to the future of agriculture and the cooperative system.
