CHS members and business partners attending the 2023 CHS Annual Meeting, Dec. 7-8, heard updates from company leaders regarding fiscal year 2023 performance and strategic direction for fiscal year 2024.
- CHS Board of Directors Chair Dan Schurr provided a report on Board activities and focus areas for the Board.
- CHS President and CEO Jay Debertin reviewed company priorities, accomplishments and strategic direction.
- CHS Executive Vice President, CFO and chief strategy officer Olivia Nelligan described financial results and company fiscal priorities.
During the annual meeting, CHS members also participated in cooperative governance, including electing seven members of the CHS Board of Directors and approving amendments to CHS Bylaws related to equity management and Director representation.
